Here we go again. The list of reasons that I detest the progressive party line is never-ending, in fact, I can’t think of a single reason that I wholeheartedly agree with. Most of it is just mumbo jumbo nonsense, aimed at making the young and stupid feel good, because reality doesn’t matter to the far-left, any more than it matters to the far-right.

So you need another reason? Here you go.

I’m taking this from The Progressive Promise, which is a platform statement from the House of Representatives. Unfortunately, like all platform statements, what it says doesn’t stand up in actual reality. Yes, I know that this is not what all progressives believe and that it is being stated in the most attractive way possible to attract people to vote for them, but still, this is why I cannot stand any of these positions.

Advancing racial justice and equity.

We had it, you fucked it up. Like I’ve said previously, they don’t actually want this because if it ever came about, it would spell the end of their political careers. They want to talk about it, but not achieve it, because without virtue signaling, they have nothing.

Now you notice the words they are using there, right? Not equality, equity. There’s a difference that they hope people aren’t going to notice. Equality, we have, no matter how much they kick and scream about it. Equity is a bullshit concept that means nothing. It means artificial quotas. It means racism.

The left are some of the biggest racists around. You can see it in how they redefined certain words. Racism, which is really just the advancement of one group over another based solely on skin color or national origin, is wrong, period. No, now they’ve thrown in power dynamics so they can say racist things without having to wear the label. Don’t change the  behavior, change the language. That’s all that they do.

As I said at the beginning, we had equality, or at the very least, we were headed in the right direction. In the 50s and 60s, black welfare was going down, the number of black broken homes was at an all time low, blacks not affected by a terrible subculture were doing well and studies showed that clearly and then… you got modern liberalism.

It fucked everything up. They don’t want to be color-blind. They can’t be. Their entire ideology depends on it. They’re too busy white-knighting for minorities, telling them what is best for them, which, coincidentally, is what is best for the far left politically, and anyone who has a problem with it, those are the people they call racists.

That’s not quite how that works. Instead, they create untenable quotas, they make unsupported claims and proudly wear the victim flag draped across their bodies, because they can’t appeal to actual evidence, only to childish feelings!
