Here we go again. This is why I really hate progressive politics and find most progressives out in the real world to be obnoxious. Again, I shouldn’t have to keep saying this, but I don’t hate the people, per se, although as I said, a lot of them are just assholes, but I think that’s something that their politics has done to their heads. They’ve earned it through their own actions and lack of critical thought. So here comes part 4. Continue reading I Hate Progressives Part 4

They Wonder Why They’re Failing?
So last week was the Game Developer’s Conference in San Francisco, which I guess is as good a place as any for the liberal assholes to gather and show the world what they’re doing wrong.
Of course, they can’t admit that they’re wrong, that they are the cause of the marketplace drying up, because they, like the religious, don’t have a grasp on reality.
Honestly, you can’t make this shit up. Continue reading They Wonder Why They’re Failing?
I Hate Progressives Part 3
Back again, I think I’m going to post these Monday, Wednesday and Friday until they run out, which is going to be a couple of weeks. That way, I can post other things if I decide to without doubling up. So here we go for part 3 of why I hate progressive politics because their talking points are just idiotic. Without further ado then, let’s get into it. Continue reading I Hate Progressives Part 3
More of the Same
So this popped up on Reddit and when a bunch of Christians started posting in the comments, we got a bunch of leftists entirely ignoring what their own side does. What else is new, right? Continue reading More of the Same
I Hate Progressives Part 2
Welcome to part 2 of “I hate progressives”, where I have to remind people that I don’t necessarily hate the people, although there are plenty of assholes on all sides of the political aisle, and only the ideas that they have. This was spurred by a call into The Line, which I responded to a couple of posts ago, but this was just too massive a topic to engage with any other way. So let’s get back to it. Continue reading I Hate Progressives Part 2
I Hate Progressives Part 1
In a recent post, I said that I was going to do a series of posts on why I really dislike progressive political points. It’s not that I hate the people necessarily, just what the people believe. Hate the sin, love the sinner, although a lot of these people make it really hard to love them because they’re just assholes.
So let’s get to the first point. Continue reading I Hate Progressives Part 1
That Doesn’t Make it Better!
There was a recent call over on The Line from a woman named Angel in Ireland and while the call wandered around a lot, there were two points that I wanted to touch on. First, she asked if every religion in the world became “extremely progressive” overnight, would Matt and Jimmy still fight against them, and secondly, when talking about skepticism, she kept insisting that she was open-minded, as if they were the same thing.
They are not. Matt and Jimmy gave their answers, but I’m going to give mine. Continue reading That Doesn’t Make it Better!
Trolls and True Believers
This happens all the time, but I’m going to talk about one specific instance because this is why it’s really hard to tell the difference between true believers and poes and trolls.
I’ve been making that observation forever. Let’s get to it. Continue reading Trolls and True Believers
How I Nearly Died
So over the last weekend, my wife and I were out of town and while we were coming home, we drove past the hospital where I could have died. On the other side of the freeway was a local spaghetti restaurant where my wife and my parents went after they came to see me every day and I really like the place. There are a couple of locations around here, none exactly close to where we now live, but not exactly a huge drive, so I want to go again sometime.
Anyhow, people ask about it from time to time so I figured I’d fill in some more details. Why not, right? Continue reading How I Nearly Died
Maybe It’s Time for a Vacation
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, but maybe it’s time for a serious vacation. Not just going somewhere, but taking a vacation from the online world because I am really starting to get sick of it.
So let me blather on about that for a bit. Continue reading Maybe It’s Time for a Vacation
