Any IntenseDebate Users Have Suggestions?

I’ve been using IntenseDebate to handle my comments for a couple of weeks and it worked great… up until a couple of days ago.  Then, new comments stopped showing up in my dashboard.  I’d still get the notification that I had new comments that needed moderation and could go into my Comments tab and see them, but they’d never show up on my dashboard.  Ever.  The last 5-6 comments have never shown up there.  I reset my IntenseDebate plugin with no effect.  I downloaded their widget which doesn’t seem to work right (ie. I have it set to display 5 comments, yet it displays 10 no matter what the setting is).

Now I was impressed that when I tweeted this problem originally, I got a fast response from their tech support, but even after explaining the problem, all they’ve ever done is reload the comments and that hasn’t done a damn thing.  It shows up through the widget, it does not show up in my dashboard.

Is there something I’m missing and need to do on my end?  IntenseDebate worked great for a while and nothing has changed on my end, it just got to a point and… stopped.

If I can’t get a resolution, I’m either going back to locally-hosted comments or try out one of the other services, which I don’t want to do but if it doesn’t work the way I want… what other choice do I have?
